Brigid has been learning how to play the trumpet since age 10, and has been widely praised for her good attitude. She first picked up the cornet while at the University of Illinois in the Symphonic Bands and British Brass Band under Harry Begian and James Curnow, and returned to it in 2008 when she joined Chicago Brass Band. Brigid has an extensive background in probate and personal trust administration and office management. She lives in Saint Charles, Illinois with her husband and daughter.
